The American Embassy of Rome is evaluating candidates for part-time internship positions (approx. 20 hours per week) available in the Summer Session 2024, running from May 6 thru October 31, 2024. Dates are fixed, please refrain from applying if you are not available throughout the entire period. Please also note that the Embassy is only offering Tirocini Curriculari for students.
The positions will be in several different offices within the American Embassy of Rome, including but not limited to the following: Housing, Acquisitions, Supply, Human Resources, Management Coordination Center, Political Office, Health Unit, Protocol, and the Financial Management Office.
The ideal candidate will have a very good level of English and Italian – both spoken and written – and will be available to intern on a part-time schedule (approximately 20 hours per week – Monday thru Friday) from May 6 thru October 31, 2024.
The Office of Human Resources will receive applications only from UNINT Placement Office and will eventually contact qualified candidates to provide details on the various internship opportunities and to answer any questions you might have.

Each selected intern will need to obtain a local security certification from the Regional Security Office before being able to start.
